Sliding Scale Discount Program

Jal Hospital District offers financial assistance to the uninsured, to patients whose insurance coverage is limited, and/or to anyone with the inability to pay for medical care.
You may qualify for financial assistance when:

  • You meet our program’s income/asset guideline.
  • You are uninsured.
  • Your insurance policy does not provide full coverage for medical care.
  • You have substantial out-of-pocket expenses.
